Super Salmon Salad

4–6 spears of asparagus, steamed and sliced
1 (4-ounce) can wild salmon
¼ cup chopped or sliced tomato
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups mixed greens

Mix the asparagus and salmon together. Add the tomato, green onion, garlic, tamari and olive oil to the salmon mixture. Chill and serve over mixed greens.
