Metabolic repair happens both in the gym and in the kitchen. For that reason I recommend short, intense, strength training workouts to boost insulin sensitivity in the muscle cells, reduce sensitivity in the fat cells and control insulin release throughout the day. The Metabolic Workout is designed to encompass all paradigms of training including overall strength, core strength, cardiovascular fitness, fat burning, coordination and balance – all within 30 minutes. Best of all, it’s fun to do!
There are four options to help you get started:
- Experience the Metabolic Workout one-on-one in just 30 minutes, 2-3x a week. Intro packages start from $50/session. Perfect for the beginner or seasoned athlete.
- Workout with a friend for twice the fun with our semi-private training programs. Intro packages start from $30/session per person.
- Join a small group Metabolic Workout Bootcamp. Each group has typically 3 – 6 participants and are 30 minutes in length. Bootcamps start from $25/class for a pack of 10 or $22/class for a pack of 20. You can also drop in and try a class for just $30! Class times: Mondays @ 6:15pm, Wednesdays @6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am or 10:30am. Additional classes will be added shortly.
- Workout from home with our Metabolic Repair Poster. This laminated 24 x 36 poster includes a section for you to track your progress. Minimal equipment required – just a stability bell and dumbbells. Set one up in your home gym, cottage or take it with you when you travel! Only $29.99+tax and shipping.
